Helping Women Finally Feel Better in Their Bodies
If you’re tired of guessing what to eat and not seeing results, this is where things change.
Together, we create a plan that actually works for your body.
Insurance Accepted
Aetna | Cigna | UnitedHealthcare | CareFirst BCBS
Virtual appointments • Monday–Friday
I work with women dealing with:
Perimenopause, Menopause
Hashimoto’s and thyroid conditions
Digestive issues (bloating, IBS, gut health)
Weight gain and low energy
Blood sugar imbalance and insulin resistance
What to expect:
What happens at your first appointment?
Initial Session (60–90 minutes)
Your first visit isn't about being handed a generic meal plan.
We'll talk about:
01 — What's changed
Your weight, energy, digestion, appetite, cravings, sleep, hormones and health concerns.
02 — What's getting in the way
We'll look at your current nutrition, lifestyle, routines and health history to identify the biggest opportunities.
03 — Your personalized plan
You'll leave with practical nutrition strategies you can actually use — not a list of foods you're "not allowed" to eat.
04 — Ongoing support
We'll adjust your plan based on what's working, what's not and how your body responds over time.
Follow-Up Sessions
We’ll adjust your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and support progress step by step.
This is not a one-size-fits-all plan — it’s tailored specifically to you.
